Love harvest! Great vibe on the inside. They do what they can with the patio, but given the small outdoor space, and next to a parking lot/drive through, not the best patio. Friendly staff, who are quick with the orders. I normally get a coffee, which is excellent for a place like this. All their fresh juices and smoothies are awesome. Food is also great. I think it’s a pretty pricey establishment, but not unexpected for a “healthy”/“local” place.

This is my go-to spot when I’m craving a healthy bowl. My favourite is the Harvest Super Greens Salad—it’s filling and has a great variety of ingredients. The location is clean, the staff are friendly, and the service is always quick. Highly recommend!
I was a little chilled, but the service was A1 and the breakfast, delicious. Lovely chai latte!
We get lunch for our office from here about once a week. There are 15+ of us ordering at once, with special instructions on most orders. They label all the food with our names, which is probably super annoying. We really appreciate their hard work and how easy they make our lives by doing this so we can distribute lunches without having to dig through peoples food. They are always kind, and efficient. Thanks for everything you guys!
Eat here all the time as I live in Bedford. Great coffee and smoothies. The chicken curry bowl is one of my fave bowls. Hard to find healthy fast food
Super clean place, clean washrooms, nice decore, friendly staff and really great food. We're here on vacation and have gone twice. The first time we got a kids breakfast wrap ( which was big enough to split for two kids and big enough to be filling for an adult). We also got the chicken avocado pesto sandwich which was so good. The second time I got a Habibi power bowl with chicken added and OMG I wish we had a Harvest location in Ontario! Definitely recommend if you want healthy, fresh food fast!
When you walk in, it has the look and feel of a fancy outdoor patio. The tables, swings, everything feels so rustic and organic, a great atmosphere for the food that they serve. I’ll admit, when I saw the menu I was overwhelmed because there’s so many great options to choose from. I was teetering on the line between the special they had that day which was a kimchi Buddha bowl or then black bean bowl. So ladies and gents I went with the black bean bowl and added chicken to it. It had bleach beans, corn, jalapeños, onions, diced tomatoes, cheese, avocado, a spicy chipotle dressing which had a milk kick to it, and some roast chicken breast. My friend had the kimchi bowl, which was also nice and hearty, with edamame, tofu, brown rice, kimchi, avocado.. and more yummy toppings. If you have been to freshii, the menu is a similar idea but there’s more options I think, at Harvest. Take a friend, enjoy their indoor and outdoor seating before the weather gets too cold, you will love it.
Love going here, always have such healthy fresh delicious bowls. High quality which is why I keep going back. Also today the girls working were so sweet. My go to place for a gorgeous lunch - love all the plants in the seating area as well, a whole vibe.
I had the Thai tofu satay bowl I really enjoyed it! They come in huge portions I couldn’t finish my bowl. I do have to agree with another persons comment though, they should use a different type of rice like basmati or jasmine rice instead of the cheap mushy rice and it would enhance the flavours of the bowls a lot more! I like that they have a lot of vegan and gluten free options.
I went in to grab breakfast before work today snd was pleasantly surprised with the nice atmosphere and the delightful staff. The kind employee walked me through the vegan options and my meal was absolutely delicious! :)
With a brand new restaurant, my expectations were not all that high, but wow! The Taco salad bowl was amazing! We had family over and six people each enjoyed a bowl from Harvest and they all loved them! I look forward to dropping the place in person.

Come here every morning for a cappuccino, and the girls at the window are always so sweet and friendly! obsessed with the salads, bowls and smoothies 10/10 every time
The interior is filled with BOP Plants, shining beauty to the tropical atmosphere. The food is great as well, especially their wraps. The exterior seating is cozy with fake grass.
